勞工人權政策Labor Rights Policy

1.禁用童工Prohibition of Child Labor

本公司恪遵勞動基準法,不聘僱或不支持僱用未滿十六歲童工之行為

Our company strictly adheres to the Labor Standards Act and does not employ or support the employment of workers under the age of sixteen.

2.禁止強迫勞動Prohibition of Forced Labor

a.本公司召開勞資會議集體協商及溝通。

  Our company holds labor-management meetings for collective consultation and communication.

b.本公司絕無剋扣員工薪資、扣押身份文件、債務綑綁等行為。

  Our company does not withhold employees' wages, seize identification documents, or engage in debt bondage practices.

c.於工作規則中明訂工作時間及延長工時的規範。

  Our company clearly defines regulations regarding working hours and overtime

3.禁止歧視 Prohibition of Discrimination

公司不得因種族、社會階層、國籍、宗教、殘疾、性別、性取向、工會會員或政治歸屬等而對員工在聘用、報酬、訓練、升職、退休等方面有歧視行爲;公司不能允許強迫性、虐待性或剝削性的性侵擾行爲,包括姿勢、語言和身體的接觸。

The company shall not discriminate against employees in terms of employment, compensation, training, promotion, or retirement based on race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, or political affiliation. The company shall not permit any form of coercive, abusive, or exploitative sexual harassment, including gestures, language, and physical contact.

4.結社自由與集體談判之權利

Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining

尊重所有員工結社自由以及集體談判之權利。員工可自由加入所選擇的組織,員工不會因此而有任何不良後果或受到公司的報復。公司不會以任何方式介入這種組織或集體談判的建立、運作或管理。本公司尊重所有員工擁有結社自由與設立社團及集體談判之權利。

We respect all employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Employees are free to join any organization of their choice without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company. The company will not interfere in any way with the establishment, operation, or management of such organizations or collective bargaining. Our company respects all employees' rights to freedom of association, the establishment of clubs, and collective bargaining.
